Orders
An order stores your email, the pieces, the options, the ship-to address, and any files you uploaded. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored here.
Notes and analytics
The newsletter stores an email. Page views can store a path, a referrer, and UTM parameters so the shop can see which campaign produced an order. There is no third-party ad pixel in this site.
Transactional mail covers confirmation, production, shipping, a review request after the ship window, and a reminder if checkout is abandoned. You can write to the shop email to be removed from the newsletter.
