Custom work
Pieces are made with your options and your text. A change of mind after they are made is not a return. If the piece does not match the options you paid for, or it arrives damaged, write and we will remake or refund that line.
The reserve
Prices include a small reserve for remakes. That reserve is not a coupon, and sales tax is not part of it. Tax is collected as a pass-through by Stripe Tax.
Design files
Once a digital file is delivered and matches the agreed brief, the design fee is not refunded. A proof that fails the agreed dimensions is remade.
