The concept package is for a product that still needs a form, a material, and a way to be made in a short run. It is the headline service of the shop, next to prints and laser work.
The path
Idea, sketch, photo, or broken part. Then dimensions, use, material, quantity, deadline, and budget. Then files if you have them. Then a name and a rights confirmation.
After the concept
A small-batch package covers runs of 5, 10, or 25 once the file is settled. The batch is still made to order.
